It's been quite a few months now that I am practicing yoga with soulz fitness and I must say it's amazing, it was a well-rounded experience with both strengths and areas for improvement. A good mix of poses focused on flexibility, strength, and relaxation, catering to different skill levels.

Soulz Fitness Luluva Hakimi is a well experienced fitness trainer. Fitness sessions are a combination of Yoga, Pilates and Cardio. Health tips and exercises are charted to carter to particular individual ailments and fitness.

I have been associated with Soulz fitness for about 2 years and I must say it has been n very pleasant journey. There has been immense growth in physical, mental and emotional well being.

Soulz Fitness is one of the best yoga classes I have been to...I had lost all my strength and stamina since last 5-6 months...but as I started with Luluva's online yoga sessions within a month there was a lot of improvement in me..where I couldn't do a plank more than 10 seconds... after joining online yoga sessions with Luluva I could easily do 3 planks for 30 seconds each. So I just want to say that I genuinely love doing all the sessions with you. I thoroughly enjoy all the online sessions with you
