Soulz Fitness reserves the right to withdraw, suspend or refuse to renew the membership of any Member or User whose conduct is, or may be deemed to be in our reasonable opinion, injurious to the character of the Studio or amounts to a breach of the Terms & Conditions or where such expulsion is otherwise to be in the interests of the other members of the Studio.
Details of class times at the Studio may vary from time to time. Class times will be published by the Studio on our Website. Any Member so expelled shall forfeit all privileges to membership & shall not be entitled to any refund for any period during which his membership is suspended.
Members with the following should consult a doctor: low/high blood pressure & cardiac irregularities. If there is any doubt, the Member should consult his doctor.
Pregnant women should consult a doctor before joining any of our sessions. It's mandatory to inform the trainer about pregnancy.
It is the Member’s responsibility to ensure that they are capable of undergoing a routine of exercises provided by any program that they follow or class / online sessions that they attend. Members accept the risk of injury from performing exercises & are advised to consult their doctor before beginning any program or class.

The user agrees that Soulz Fitness shall not be responsible or liable to user, or anyone, for the statements or conduct of any third party of the service. In sum, in no event, shall the Company’s total liability to the User for all damages or/and losses or/and causes of action exceed the amount paid by the User to Company, if any, that is related to the cause of action.
DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES

Refunds and Cancellation
Order once placed can only be canceled within 4 hours from the placing the order, you can write to our customer support team on email@example.com or call us on +91 8669043549 In such cases, the order will be canceled and the money will be refunded to you within 48-72 business hours after the cancellation request.
EXCHANGE POLICY - For Products Only - Not applicable for service
We only exchange goods if they are defective, damaged, or lost in transit. In circumstances where you consider that a product is defective, you should promptly contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on +91 86690043549 with details of the product and the defect. Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are eligible, we will send you a replacement product.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Soulz Fitness, we do our best to ensure that you are completely satisfied with our service/products. And we are happy to issue a full refund based on the conditions listed below:
Full Refunds Possible If:
You are unable to avail of services for acceptable and unwarranted causes.
For products -you received a defective item; the ordered item(s) is past its expiry date.
Please note: Mode of refund may vary depending on circumstances. If the mode of refund is by Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking, please allow 10 to 14 working days for the credit to appear in your account. While we regret any inconvenience caused by this time frame, it is the bank’s policy that delays the refund timing and we have no control over that. If the mode of refund is by e-wallet, credit should be available within 24 hours.
During peak seasons please allow up to 15-18 business days for your return to process.
